The Sarakina Gorge in Meskla (my village,15km from fosvilla)
is one of the smaller gorges in Crete,(you have to walk 10 minutes to reach it) but at the same time, it is one of the most impressive natural sculptures one can encounter. It is literally hidden in a ravine with a unique beauty of cypress trees and plane trees.
Also, it is highly recommended to visit all tavernas in the inland villages of Therisso, Mescla-Zourva, and Drakona for genuine Cretan cuisine.

Numerous nightclubs and cocktail bars lay there and wait for you to have fun until the first morning hours. Of course, we couldn’t miss the atmospheric bars of the town of Chania (6km from fosvilla)overlooking the Venetian harbor.
